I was pressured into signing a 3 year contract by Vincent. Despite my concerns with a long term contract (due to a previous bad experience) he assured me that I was protected by the CPA should I ever wish to cancel the contract and would be refunded in full for the remaining period of the contract. I have been requesting cancellation and refund for SIX months and Vincent is nowhere to be found and Dewald at head office is ducking and diving! DISGUSTING! The gym has now closed and I am left high and dry!! ALL the gyms in this group should be avoided at all costs!
