We ordered and paid a 60% deposit for our pool cover in May 2013. In September we were told that the cover has finally arrived in SA and we must pay further 30% of the price in order to have the cover installed. Something that was suppose to take 6-8 weeks is now taken over 6 months and each time there is a new excuse of why the cover can not be installed. We have dealt with 3 different reps and even the owner Craig is acting like they are doing us a favour and we must just accept the bad service and non commitment. The fact that the owner Craig is never reachable rings serious alarm bells... We have decided that Summer Sun will not be given another chance to complete the job, as we no longer believe that they can or capable of doing so. We have therefore refered the matter to our attorney.
