27 December 2013 we purchased a 2.20m X 1.50m X 60 cm Intex Swimming Pool @ Game Bayside Mall. We however did not buy the swiming pool cover.
I went Game N1 City on Saturday 09.11.13, & the staff was very helpfull. They advised that they only stock the round pool covers. They suggested that we contact the brach where we purchased the pool, to get the pool cover for our make/Type of pool.
I then phoned Game Bayside Mall Monday 11.11.13, & spoke to the manager Bernhard. He advised that i must please email him the pictures of pool. He will then check if they stock the pool cover or he will phone the supplier to get pool cover.
Tuesday 12.11.13 i emailed pictures of pool. No reply!
Thursday 14.11.13 i emailed Bernhard again, No reply!
Monday 25.11.13 i emailed Bernhard again. Still no reply!
Thursday 28.11.13 i emailed Bernhard AGAIN! Guess what?.. NO REPLY
