Unacceptable service/support

I have contacted Summer Sun with regards to our swimming pool cover which cannot be opened. I have been trying to contact them for more than a month with more than 10 phone calls, with an employee promising to contact me back every time. I have, since my complaint, not received any feedback whatsoever. The pool cannot be opened, thus can it not be accessed. The pool cover is still under guarantee.

This is unacceptable and I request that an employee contact me in this regard.
