I am extremely frustrated with Summer Sun. Having invested a tens of thousands of rands in an automated pool cover, I would expect excellent after sales service. I have been unable to open my pool cover since 5 October, and therefore unable to access my pool. Despite daily calls to Summer Sun office, I have had no joy. MD, Craig, never ever returns calls and neither does anyone else in the office. I have had no communication or apology or plan of cation communicated to me whatsover. As of today, still no-one can give me an answer as to when the necessary parts and eqipment will be available to repair my cover...
