Failure to provide goods

Fiberglass pools committed to supply me with a pool cover with my newly installed pool. The cover that was quoted and paid for in full never arrived. I have now been trying to get my money back from them for the last three months with no success. Only empty promises everytime I get hold of Connie. Very poor service
