Failed speed service

On the 14th November, Khanyo Mntambo sent me documents through speed delivery, I was to fetch the parcel on the 15th November afternoon but until now I havn't got my parcel. I called the Emondlo post office on the 15th and they claimed not to be able to track my parcel and on the 16th November I called again and no one replied. Monday on the 18th I called again and at first they made me hold for almost 5minutes and when they finally talked to me, the woman said to call again as she is still searching. I called again after few minutes later and she said the parcel is still in Ladysmith than said no its in Johannesburg and I should check it later, which I did but still my parcel wasn't delivered to my nearest post office. I am very angry and disappointed in the service I got, I used a speed delivery because needed those documents to submit at school for my studies funding but thanks to their bad service I couldn't submit. I just want my money back for this late and normal delivery whereas we paid for speed delivery.this is the last time I am using their services.
