Same issues as previous complaint!

I cannot believe that this has happened again!!! I have the exact same complaint as before! But this time I cannot get hold of Mary Pieterson and so I am completely stuck!

I received a slip in the mail notifying me that I have a parcel at the JHB international mail centre. I have tried non stop to get hold of anyone over the phone who can assist me with this as I dont know what the parcel is. All of the multiple numbers supplied on the slip never get answer and the automated response keeps saying there is a high call volume. I have not gotten through to speak to anyone once and I have called in at least 30 times. eventually after waiting about 7 minutes the call always drops.

The website that is suggested is completely non functional. nowhere on the website can you track and track parcels.

Please can somebody contact me on 0724264637 and do not email me! I need to speak to a human. I also dont want to see the same generic response to my complaint via hellopeter.
