My name is Pearl Mdluli, for the past 6 months mhlangaveza funeral parlour had been deducting money from my account without my concern as i dont remember signing or entering into an arrangement with them for any other reason, the annoying part is that for teh past 24 hours i have been trying to call them with no luck and their phone lines are crossed lines or not working at all and what annoys me is the attitute the reception lady gives when we call in she says its a funeral cover when i ask her for my policy number she also cannot give me such information or the agreement i have signed nor the telephone contract that i have agreed on
