Hi

I opened funeral cover with Standard Bank, I registered my grandmother. Now she has passed away. In the letter I got from Standard Bank I got the number to call in case of bad times. I have been called this number since last week Thursday. No one is picking up. I need to prepare for the funeral but I cannot not because I do not get contact with any person from Standard Bank Lines
