To whom it may concern
I recently opened an account at STANDARD BANK and the consultant who assisted me linked a funeral cover that i was not informed about and got charged R274 this is unacceptable as it is false information provided to a customer and linking products that i did not ask for. The branch told me they cannot reverse this fee or cancel the funeral cover, i work for a bank as well and to my knowledge branches have authority over such matters i am very disaappointed in the level of service i received from the branchandthe bank. Could someone please cancel this ridiculous funeral cover and reverse this amount bank into my account as I URGENTLY need it bank into my account.
