I have been trying to trade my shares since 25.11.2013.
Firstly on 25.11.2013 I could not even log in, secondly on 26.11.2013 I had to process a sell order for more than 5 times before it was actually processed. On top of this I could not even view my order as the website's information was not updated. Eventually the website was just shut down 'temporarily' and you can not even get through to the call centre. MTn Zakhele should have foreseen that they have 120000 investors wanting to trade and they should have put sustainable infrastructure in place. If I could have traded my shares on 25.11.2013 I would have received more money than what I now would have to trade it at. So basically in a nutshell Mtn's lack of planning has cost me money. Dissappointing is not the word!!!
