Please assist as I have logged numeral calls with Eskom from Monday night as I have been without supply after a power went down and resulted in my electricity box been burned.
Following reference numbers were allocated to me by the call center and they were also been closed by Eskom Technicians without issue been resolve but on their notes stated that electricity has been restored.

Am so surprised regarding the level of service that we are receiving from Eskom as a service provider and worse to receive a terrible attitude from the last technicians who closed a call and also told my kids that we should stop logging call as he will come and replace the box after 3 weeks on his terms. instead of him making an alternative by providing us with a temporarily solution so we could be able to cook and have lights.
i would also like Eskom to clarify if this should be the level of service that we should be getting from their technicians. believe that we do deserve the required service level irregardless of the skin color nor a location of residence. people should get paid for service level and not for closing calls.
