Main electricity supply to property burnt out a phase on the ESKOM side of the trip switch (never seen this beforee).
I called ESKOM Customer Service and spoke to Thabile Mazibuko. She said that she would have a technician sent out and that it should be repaired within 4-6 hours. And that if I hadn't heard from anyone within 4 hours could I please call her back.
Suffice to say, ESKOM technicians arrived within 4 hours and fixed the problem within 45 minutes.
On time, job done. Well done guys, and thank you.
