Eskom Disconnect Electricity

We logged a "move in" with eskom on the 22nd of April and after multiple calls and gathering of a long list of reference numbers we today got disconnected completely. I really need my electricity back today and I want to inform that it is not allowed by law to disconnect people from electricity, especially when they are not informed and when they have asked for service multiple times. I will take legal step when not resolved soon.
