How can Eskom transfer usage from one account to another account and not the payments. How can Eskom after ten reference numbers to get this fixed not fix this and then cut someone's electricity off. How can Eskom expect me to go back to their offices with the paperwork to prove this - after I have already given Eskom the paper work over four times now. How can Eskom after fifteen reference numbers with the same query still not assist someone in reaching a solution. Surely when customers pay Eskom their salaries as customers, Eskom can have the ability to help you as a customer and not as a burden. How can Eskom have the attitude of how can I not help you when SA depends on them. I cannot fathom how Eskom can go home feeling good about the lack of effort they out into helping their customers.
