We have not had electricity supply for the entire weekend since Sat, 20th April. the problem is that even when electricity supply was returned for the rest of the neighbourhood our house still had no supply. i was calling the entire day yesterday, speaking to Eskom consultants where a call was logged & reference provided. everytime i made follow up on the issue, the technicians were in a meeting. i first spoke to Sifiso who was helpful, a spoke to Ashna who also tried to assist, i spoke to Sifiso again & again to Ashna on seperate instances regarding the same issue yet we spent the night without any supply. what frustrates me is that when making follow up this morning 23rd April I spoke to Bernie who was very rude to the point where he hung up in my ear while speaking to him, he did not want to provide answers when asked questions over and above the fact that the call was closed without it being resolved, his service was appaling. he should not be working with customers if he speaks to them in that tone. i know eskom probably has a lot of queries coming through right now but he had not right to address me in that manner or tone.
