Good day; My son goes to West Ridge high and was appalled by the treatment he received when he visited your mall last week. He say he went into the Mall and the security guard dragged him like a telling him kids are not allowed before 1pm, he asked him where is the note stating that he old my son he is rude and deserve to be bitten. He says he asked to see the note or management as to why students are not allowed with uniform before 1pm he refused. The other security came and told my son that there is a case pending and it involved students but not West Ridge hence they don't allow them in. I Was upset as my son is writing exams and I asked him to get me few items at Pick and Pay, he says there where two white gals who walked in with a Parent with school uniform and the security guard did not say anything. He asked him why are they allowed and he said they have an older person with them. I don't dispute your rules but I feel have staff that is commitment to advise why this is not allowed and also they should have the decency to be patient, it should not come to race as if it does it won't end well.
