I have had my pool cover a year and have been very happy with it. However the ratchets had rusted a bit and I was struggling to take them off. I emailed Power Plastics and within about 3 days they had come and replaced them for me.
Absolutely brilliant after care service and I would thoroughly recommend this pool cover to anyone with kids. It is great peace of mind. As an aside, I haven't taken the cover off all winter and, when I did, my pool was totally clean and the water was perfect! There has also been much less evaporation.
I really cannot recommend them enough.
