On the 1 October I sent urgent documents via post office speed service (counter to door) to Ulundi. 3 weeks later a recipient called me to tell that she had not received the documents. On the 22nd October I called the speed service customer care and the lady (Ruth) who helped me said there was a mix up my parcel ended up in Ulundi post office not the office it was meant to go to. She promised to sort it out for me and will give me a call when the documents have been delivered. I waited for her call and she never called me back. On the 31st October I called their speed service call center again and I spoke to a lady called veronica, i explained my situation and she said the reason the documents were not delivered is because Ulundi post office does not have a door delivery service. she promised to sort it out (gave her the recipient's details & my details), until today she never called me back. 34 days later the speed service sent parcel has not reached the recipient. These are very urgent documents they must sort out this mess with the Ulundi post office, the teller at Northriding post office was supposed to tell me that ulundi does not have a door delivery. please help me ;-(
