Unauthorised debit orde

Realtime Marketing debited my bank account unlawfully by R4347, 00. The agreement was that they will source the finance for a deposit on the holiday club shares I intended to buy, and that finance was to be repaid in 24 monthly instalments of R240.00. To my shock, I received an sms on Saturday the 16th November.
I had specifically told them not even to initiate the transaction before I presented them with an alternative bank account that was not used by my employer to pay over my salary. They called me 3 times within 5 days and sent me an sms as well, and I told them to wait for me. But they proceeded without my consent.
When I called the number used to sms me, the guy I spoke to (Dean or something) was very rude and arrogant, citing that I wont get my money back as I was delaying them, even when I told him that but I have taken nothing from them as yet, he didn't listen to me.
I need my money back, R4347.00 is too much and I cant afford it. Not now, not ever. Their landline number in Umhlanga is 0315612595.
Please assist me get my kids money back.
