I bought a car at IEMAS Witbank, my car had a problem with a Cam belt and it has caused an engine failure so I called my insurance for towing assistance they said they can't help me then I managed to make a plan now the car is at Ford Witbank and Ford has stripped the engine n checked the damages and they said it was caused by a v- belt snapped and went inside the crank pulley then caused the Cam belt to jump five tooth on cam timing but how come coz the Cam belt where it's mounted the v - belt they can't attached that's another story I don't understand so now SA WARRANTIES say they will never pay anything I must see myself out coz what caused the Cam belt to break its not covered by them they won't even compensate even thou I'm their client and what bothers me is I can't cancel their insurance I'm stuck with them forever but they not helpful when needed..clearly these people they don't understand when we say mechanical failure what we talking about coz those metal work together and they tend to break each other coz they work dependently to each other... Please help me
