Pick-up of a disabled person was confirmed via email for the morning 7 o'clock.
I received a call from my disabled client who was in distress because his pick-up of 7 was not there at 7:30.
I phoned Steve at Rixi who acknowledge that he was not on duty the day before and only realised that confirmation was not properly done from their side. They never called or emailed to confirm again and left the disabled person next to the side of the road.
A true disgrace to mankind and a slap in the face of all disabled people. I will never use expensive Rixi again. Poor service and bad attitude, trying to pass the buck on their responsibilities.
