Shame on you Lancet, today (7/1/2014) at approximately 11h40 one of your vehicles was parked in a disabled parking bay at Ferndale Village Shopping Centre. I asked the driver if he was disabled, he retorted that he was in a hurry and refused to move his vehicle. This is not on, especially from persons in the medical fraternity who should appreciate the difficulties that the disabled face.
