I tried to have patience with this company but i have come to a point where i am now off. I dont know how this Diann chick sleeps at night knowing very well that their company is full of nonsense. It all started towards the end of July when Alide called my mom and offered her "small heaven", making it sound like if she didnt sign up at that time she would lose out of thousands of rands.4 months later nothing has happened, no listing on the website and not even a single customer and the excuse is that they are missing a menu? really? who did they inform about that menu? I tried to be very polite with this Diann chick and i gave her time to investigate but she comes back and tells me that my threats of going to hellopeter will not help me? All i want is all the money they have debited to be reversed and i wont have to deal with them ever again. Go2Global is a company and i want my mother's money back, she is a pensioner for goodness sake, all the R485's they have debited could have paid her electricity bill or something better.
