RIXI TAXI PRETORIA - DRIVER TOOK 2 HR'S TO SANDTON

On 11 July I phoned Rixi Taxi in Pretoria to book a transfer from Centurion to Sandton Grayston drive for the same afternoon.
After I have paid R500 for the service and had to send a proof of payment - which I did while on the phone with the lady, she sent the taxi and confirmed it would take about 20 minutes.
There were no delays on the highways or traffic jams or any accidents.
The taxi driver took 2 hours to look for Grayston drive in Sandton. The passenger should have been dropped off at the Town Lodge - which did not happen.
The driver dropped him off at Sandton City after 2 hours of driving around.
He had to take another taxi to his hotel and in this mess, he finally checked in late for his flight back to Mozambique, had to pay a penalty to change his flight to the next day and paid for another night accommodation.

I have contacted Rixi Taxi 4 times and 3 x times per e-mail to complaint, but they just don't care and are not responding to any e-mails.
Everytime I ask if Steve or BJ is in, that is now the suppose to be managers, they say that they are in a meeting when i ask to speak to them and they find out who is on the line.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!!
