Disabled parking

I parked next to the disabled parking on Friday evening (21 June 2013). When I came out the staff bus was parked the disabled parking very skewed which made my reversing a challenge. I spoke to the responsible person at the time who took me to the driver of the staff bus (BS 85 MH) who was very arrogant. He told me that my car is small to come out, he reversed n parked skewed next to me on the left this time with a tiny space to move my car.
