They force us to do training but

Hi I just wanna stay unknown for now but I have a serious problem with my company, last year November 2012 they send us for level 3 first aid training including fire fighting, but after 3 months they refuse to give us our certificates and give us photo copies instead, and all Training fall under sassetta, now today they told us we must go for another skills training and said we will get the ceritificate on the day if we resign, we all are working on the Netcare sites in the East Rand and I feel that its unfair because they want us to pay in the end of the period.
