Do your staff have right of way all the time? I have been pushed out of the way when staff come out of the office or rest rooms. When they are busy in the isles, they refuse to move out of the way when I want to go past. I get dirty looks when I move their trolleys out of my way. Staff ignores (disabled) customers by making customers wait for them to pass first, or even just push you out of the way so they can pass first. If the service was spectacular I wouldn't mind, but the service is not even good. You have tellers chewing gum that you have their spit flying in all directions - others really need a bar of soap. Most of them need toothpaste. Bad breath. Ai.
Disabled parking - What is your policy regarding disabled / moms with tots parking?? I have to park and make my way to the store because able bodied people or moms and dads WITHOUT tots, park on the marked parking bays. Security says they can't do anything because they don't have wheel clamps. You don't need wheel clamps, Just tell the people without disabled signs to move on. please.
