I had to complete my address for the registration of my new vehicle and I indicated that my street address should show on the documents. But instead I didnt get a chance to proof read it as the lady was pushing their collections book in my face and took it back and told me to sign before she gives it. Her name is helena. Thank you for not processing my application successfully. The address I completed and signed for at home affairs and in the form does not appear on my documents.
