It has been over a year now since the first lady Patricia from vertex contacted me about a loan from bridge loans that i clearly told her i know nothing about and can she send me proof of the loan which she said she can't. in everything that i requested from her she could n't assist me and told me that the lawyers would be calling me soon. months later she called again same story worse i was in hospital and she could n't care less. then 2 days later a lady from another company downstairs to where i worked told me that a lady came looking for me from debt collectors who was rude. this year the lawyer finally calls same story i explain to him he promises to investigate and call me back months later still no call on vertex's side. just me busy calling precious from bridge loans no help sends me to vertex, vertex no help cause they waiting for bridge loans. this ping pong game is really annoying and a time waster as i would really like my name cleared. can a investigation take over a year as if its a murder investigation. i am sick of these guys and their client's.
