I applied for my trade importers licence, change of company address, tax registration, tax clearance and BEE certificate on 05/03/2013. I received the BEE within two weeks of application and change of address a month later. I was contacted on the 30th of April and informed that the ID copies submitted for the trade licence application were unclear and the bank confirmation letter was incorrect so I called the office and asked specifically what they required and took it in this morning 03/05/2013 only to find that they did not give me the correct information and I had to go back to the bank for the 3rd time for another letter and submit my id copies for the 3rd time as well as the receptionist Itumeleng threw the 1st set of copies in the bin and the 2nd time did not make clear copies. The documents they wanted me to sign this morning had the incorrect address so I asked for the manager as I did the change of address with them wanted to know why didn't they use the new company documents with the new address but she refused to come out of her office and communicated via email with the receptionist to speak to me! I cancelled my transaction and my refund will take 2 weeks, not acceptable
