CCD couriers had to delivered my car registration documents from FORD Credit on 8 May 2013.
The delivery man stopped in the main road 3 streets from our address. He phoned and said I must meet him there. When I want to give directions to our address he just put down the phone after I started to talk. I was not happy with this rude behaviour but really need the documents and drove to the place. I forgot my ID at home which was required for these documents. He did not want to come to my address for me to get the ID. This is very unprofessional and I cant understand why FORDcredit use a courier service like this which is also suppose to confirm your ID. The person was Zacharias Hlabatau vehicle registration PWR 803 GP.
