My parcel was sent from Ireland and arrived South Africa on the 29th September 2013 that's the information from Anpost, but SAPO refused to scan or acknowledge the parcel arrival. I have been calling and email and the response I get is that the item has not arrived South Africa. The Ireland post office could not give me the cart and plane number because it is protected by information protection act.

Can someone please advice what I need to do. My name and address is written boldly on the parcel.
