18th Sept 2012 sent a parcel to N. Ireland and paid R 364.45 Int Airmail. SA Post Office in error used surface mail Int Ordinary Parcel ref CN024002 346 ZA. To this day, the parcel has never arrived at it's destination. No apology or no refund of Int Rates
