Needed remotes for York air conditioners and after attempting several avenues found Coolsense on the Internet advertising Universal KT 4000 remotes. Contacted them and Jean was friendly, efficient and really helpful. Placed order and paid and two days later had our remotes delivered. Tried to set but our air conditioner models seem to be too old for the universal remotes. E-mailed as to what to try further and got prompt instructions and what to do. However after trying these instructions the remotes still did not connect to our air cons. E-mailed regarding refund and once again prompt response that if we returned with packaging intact we would be refunded. Thank you very much COOLSENSE STAFF and keep up the good work - YOU GUYS AND GALS ARE REAL COOL, pardon the pun.
