Useless and damaged my ca

I needed remotes for my gate re-programmed as one as lost. Normally a 5 minute job. Two hours later, all remotes has bee, n wiped clean with no apparent ability to get the remotes to work with the gate. As a result the gate was not under the technicians control and it closed on my car and damaged it. Various excuses given - ie the motor board faulty, which it was not as i had it checked out. The technican had blown the board and no responsibility was taken iro the board or my car. I had to get a new board installed and have to fix the car at my own expense.
