I orderd 2 Nova tablets in July 2013 after receiving i was not happy then nxt day called to cancell but they debited R523.84 from my fnb acc. After spending lot of my money on follow ups they said they have not received them. Recently i sent courier slip dated 26/07/2013 meaning the courier took them from me, now they told me they are still investigating & meanwhile the goods r lost somewhere im still paying the amount. I feel like the consultants are not doing enough because its close to 3months after cancelation & i have not received my refund & yet still paying for goods that are not with me and R523.84 is a lot of money. Is it my fault that the courier lost insured items and is it fair for me to pay stuff that i never used? If it takes this long to resolve issues i think their service is poor and have no interest in purchasing anything from Home/fonechoice and frankly would appreciate it if they would never contact me again with regards to offers they have because i never called them, they called me.
