My mother was attacked in her house and the attackers left with everything they could take including all her house keys and gate remotes. I called J & R Electronics to ask if they can come and reset the motor and give us new remotes. They were there within 10 minutes. We called them out twice more after that, as we then wanted another remote, and the battery had gone flat, and every time the were there promptly and always very friendly. Thank you to all the staff at J & R Electronics for helping us in a time of need and for being so efficient.
