Thanks for... well, nothing really.

After I arrived at your office to find you had no stock, two working days after I received email confirmation that you had, I realised that you were not the person to assist me.
So I called the head office in the hope for a more definitive answer. When they could not provide any more information, I realised that Duro don't care whether I need the remote or not.

I first enquired about the remotes on 10 November 2012 and as you clearly stated, the only place to purchase the ATA SecuraCode remote was through Duro.

I could have replaced the receiver and bought new remotes but the total cost with labour, would be well over R1000.

So I then searched online, found the remotes in Australia and ordered them. They arrived last week, work seamlessly and ended up cheaper including the shipping costs (R206 vs. your R235).

I'm going to post this online for others who are also waiting on your stock.
