Poor Service received at Lewis Stores Woodstock!!!

On the 29th October 2012 my flat was broken into, whereby my Sony Music System was taken. I went To Lewis to report the matter and submitted all the required documents for claiming for Insurance. They promised to call me in two weeks time but I never received any call from them. Everytime I called to do a follow up, I was told that they would send people to the flat, to check for the damages. They finally came after a very long time, the whole process took two months. I got the music system in January, and even then I had to pick it up at the Store myself, it had no Remotes with it. I've been calling them to give me the remotes but up until today I am sitting with no remotes. they keep on promising to call me back but they never. This highly unacceptable, as I am paying them every month yet they fail to do a simple thing to give me remotes for the Music System that I'm paying for.
