BAD ATTITUDE

I was called earlier on this morning by a lady that said she is working for TVLIC, she was calling to tell me to pay my tvlic, I hate her attitude so much, the way she spoke and I had to reply according to her attitude and when I requested to speak to her supervisor, she told me she was a supervisor herself, is there such a thing? can I request the previous call recording just to hear which date I said was gonna pay on, can be emailed to me on [Email Removed] I am so fuming! One could swear this money is going straight to her pocket... I do not know whether she doesn't understand English or not, its my plea to the company that they train people to call them in their mother tongue if English will be a Berea.
