I paid my TV licence in full the 01.08.2013. I then requested that my bank account be debited each month with a monthly deduction. This have not been done as their communication with me or they are deducting someone else account. Clearly the people working at the accounts department at the SABC are not educated to read a letter or understand English. I have all the proof in communications I had with them and clearly they cannot read. At year end they would probably want to deduct the annual amount at once and this is where I will win a well prepared case with all the evidence I have against the SABC. I hope a qualified and competent person that can speak and understand English or Afrikaans will be able to contact me and sort this out.
