VERY BAD SERVICE & ATTITUDE

We have sold our house recently and gave our TV away to a shop, I spoke to a Thabo there where he requested me to do an affidavit which I have done explaining everything and I faxed it through several times and e-mail it, I even spoke to the call centre people Bongani there and they requested me to full in again the affidavit which I feel is unnecessary as Thabo told me what to do it seems like nobody know what are they doing, all that I want to do is cancel my licence but it looks impossible I am honest to let them know and I used to pay it all the time. I even spoke to Averill the supervisor to find out whether they received my affidavit up to date I have no reply I even spoke to a lady called Fezisa Ntukela and she makes me so stupid over the phone like I don't know what I am doing. I have requested her to let her manager contact me up to date I am still waiting for a manager of Director to contact me, this service I am receiving from this department is pathetic I have never had this ever in my life. On top of everything I have been trying for the past 2 weeks now to resolve this problem I would like a director to phone me as I would like this matter resolved today.
