I had a payment made from the UK to my account. After waiting weeks for the transfer I eventually received an email from Standard bank stating that they have the funds and need additional information from me to release the funds. After 5 emails to Standard bank inward payments and 2 emails to Zaneeth Hassen (who never replied) I eventually got a reply from inward payments requesting MORE information. In the meantime I just have to sit and wait longer and longer for the funds to be released and after a total of 7 emails Standard bank STILL wouldn't say when I can expect the funds to be in my account!
