Been sending email on email on email to TRANSUNION CREDIT BUREAU to update my personal information as well as my payment profile at Woolworths and all I receive is an email informing me that at a fee they will inform me via an email or a sms about whether there were any enquiries about my credit history. My goodness how do they want to do that if they too pathetic to reply on my emails in respect to the updating of my personal information as well as my payment profile in respect to Woolworths have been updated.
Seems they more interested in making money then to deliver a service
