I received a slip in the mail notifying me that I have a parcel at the JHB international mail centre. I have tried non stop to get hold of anyone over the phone who can assist me with this as I dont know what the parcel is. All of the multiple numbers supplied on the slip never get answer and the automated response keeps saying there is a high call volume. I have not gotten through to speak to anyone once and I have called in at least 30 times. eventually after waiting about 7 minutes the call always drops.
The [URL Removed] website that is suggested is completely non functional. nowhere on the website can you track and track parcels.
Please can somebody contact me!!
