I had enquird about my product delivery after my debit order had run. Willize responded to my e-mail within the hour, called me the next day to set my mind at ease that my products were on their way. This was late last week. When I arrived at the office at 9am today (Monday), my parcel had already been delivered!
It is not often in SA that one receives individual care and attention when contacting suppliers and/or companies in South Africa. It is truly refreshing to be treated like a customer as opposed to a nuisance.
