I booked a Brazilian treatment which they advertised for R499. One day before my appointment, I was told they have to cancel my appointment, so they changed it for one week later. The day of my appointment, I then realised how unprofessional they were. I was not offered any tea or coffee. The treatment they did was completely different to the many other Brazilian Treatments I have had in the past. I was forced to buy their aftercare products after I already told them I have aftercare from my previous Brazilian treatments. The owner Mitra told me, she has no guarantee of the treatment, unless I buy their aftercare, which then I had too. I specifically used there aftercare products and I could not see much of a difference to my hair, compare to other salons where I had my Brazilian treatments. I called in to complain and after speaking to too of the staff, the owner still did not contact me back. I then went into the salon and the owner was not there. The staff could not advise when the owner will be back. I have basically spend R1100 and it gone to waste.
