I am very disappointed with service offered by our SA Post offices. On the month of August 2013 i went to the post office in Centurion to update my details as i wanted a cellphone notification. The guy who helped me updated everything as requested and i realised that my card is about to expire end of August 2013 and asked him to issue me a new card.

He said i don't need to change that card as i will receive an sms from them so that i can come over and make a new one and i asked him if it won't give me a problem if i need to widraw money and he said no. On Saturday 5th October 2013 i had a workshop to attend in Pretoria and went to a filling station to fill up a petrol on my car and when i try to pay using my Flexi card it says the card has expired. I was so furious when i think i did ask the guy but he insisted that i wait for an sms that i didn't even receive till today and i'm sitting with a useless card but i have money on it and can't access it. Now i had to borrow money so that i can pay for petrol i filled in my car. This is really unacceptable and now i look like a or someone taking chances with other people. Kindly fix this mess you caused me.
